If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for up to 30 days after delivery if they are eligible products and remain in their original packaging.
You can cancel your order free of cost within 48 hours after placing your order. Any cancellations on orders placed on our website after 48 hours will incur a 5% handling fee.
Once your order has been shipped and is on its way to you, it cannot be cancelled. Please see our return policy to return your order.Please note that custom orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.
To return your order with us you MUST firstly contact our customer service team, or your return may be denied. You can choose your refund from one of the following refund payment options:
Store Credit – No restocking fee is deducted if you choose to refund your order in UniWigs store credits, and your next purchase is made easier!
Refund – Monetary refunds will be refunded back to your original form of payment that you used to purchase the order. A 10% restocking fee is deducted from all monetary refunds.
Express shipping costs, international shipping costs and any other third-party fees are non-refundable. If you paid for the shipping cost with your order, this shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund amount. If your order had free shipping, a fee of $8.95 ($29.89 for international orders) will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover the shipping.
Any refused international packages and international automatic returns (including Canada) will incur a 30% restocking fee of the total order amount.
There will be an $8.95 shipping fee ($29.89 for international orders) for reshipment if the package is returned back to sender.
Refunds are processed 5 to 7 business days after your return has been received. Please allow a further 7 business days for your refund to appear on your bank statement before contacting us. All of our lace wigs knots have been bleached Along The Perimeter in order to lighten the appearance. With the use of peroxide (bleach) gives the illusion that hair is growing from your scalp.
Notice:
1. Please be aware for darker colors, such as Jet Black and Off Black, when they are bleached, the appearance is not as apparent as lighter colors.
2. Bleach can damage the structure of the knots, weaken the roots and lessen the durability of the lace. Therefore it is not recommended to bleach the wig larger than the perimeter. The best type of Remy hair is virgin, also called "cuticle" hair. When hair is harvested from a donor, the cuticles remain intact to protect the hair from damage.
Virgin hair is hair that has never been processed or treated with ANY kind of chemicals. The hair is in its natural state with its cuticles running in the same direction and is fully intact. You can re-style and dye Virgin hair just as you would do to your own hair.
The texture of virgin hair is generally straight, wavy or curly. However any hair that has been chemically processed for texture, for example yaki, body wave or curls is no longer virgin.
Remy human hair is not necessarily Virgin Remy human hair, since it may be colored or permed.
Its defining features are an intact cuticle and in a collection of hair that is, un-damaged, healthy hair. Remy hair is shinier, softer, and has a longer lifespan than non-Remy hair.
Non-Remy has been chemically processed (typically for texture or color) before the hair was collected.
Remy hair is gathered from the head of donors/producers in such a way as to keep the hair’s cuticles properly aligned in relation to its neighboring hairs.
This means the hair remains softer and silkier, and is useful in producing higher-quality wigs, extensions and hairpieces.
To color Remy Human Hair, it is recommended to dye ONLY from light colors into dark colors.

As for the cap size, we all know that measuring your head size is an important task to endeavor prior to ordering a wig. Please carefully measure your head size and choose the proper cap size following our cap size guide.
1. Always use a wide tooth or pick comb for curly styles and a wire brush for straight styles. Avoid standard brushes.
2. When brushing, start at the ends and gently work your way to the roots.
3. To completely restyle your human hair wig, we suggest taking it to your stylist. If you decide to restyle it yourself, please follow these guidelines:
- Place wig on wig stand. Use standard or electric rollers or pin curls.
- Remove tangles with a wire brush or wide toothcomb.
- Pick up hair and wind on roller, smoothing ends as you go.
- Use medium setting with electric rollers or hair dryer. With hair dryer about 12" from wig, circulate heat evenly and continuously.
- Allow hair to cool before removing rollers or pin curls.
- Lightly brush or backcomb desired areas and spray with hair spray.
1. Try the "shake and go" method. Many styles need only a good shake or finger styling and they're ready to wear.
2. For tight curly or ringlet styles, just give the wig a vigorous shake, then gently lift and separate the curls with a pick comb or your fingers. DO NOT BRUSH.
3. For wavy styles with loose curls, brush lightly with a wig styling brush or pick comb using short, lifting strokes - just enough to relax the style.
4. For long curly styles use your fingers or a pick comb to gently lift and separate the curls. DO NOT BRUSH.
5. For straight styles brush in long, even, gentle strokes from the crown to the ends for a smooth, sleek look.
6. After each wearing, spray the ends of your wig with wig conditioner. Gently remove any tangles.
7. Never expose your wig to heated styling tools such as hair dryers and curling irons or other heat sources.
1. First of all, pin your hair up. If your hair is long, separate the hair into two pieces, and twist. Cross the two pieces behind your head, and clip them across the top. Shorter hair can simply be combed and clipped to the crown of the head, or placed into a bun at the base of your neck. You could also braid your hair before applying a wig.
2. Put on a wig cap. Use a wig cap on any type of hair length to hold it all in and ensure a smooth fit. Even if you are bald, use a wig cap - it will help keep the wig on.
3. Put the wig on your head from front to back. There are two tabs on each front/side of the wig. Position these right in front of your ears. Don't worry if it doesn't look perfect right away. Go ahead and style/brush it into place the way you'd like it to look.

How do I choose a hair topper base size?
To choose the correct hair topper base size for you, it is important that you firstly measure your hair loss area.
To do this, use a fabric measuring tape to measure your hair loss area from the front to the back.
Next, measure your hair loss area from side to side. Make sure to record these measurements. When you write down your measurements, don't forget to add one extra inch to each measurement. This will allow for extra hair on each side, for where the clips can be attached comfortably. Make sure the area you plan to clip the hair topper into has enough healthy hair that can support the weight of a hair topper.
Top Tip: Measure your hair loss area every six months to ensure you are wearing the right hair topper.
Can I use heat on the synthetic hair?
UniWigs synthetic products are mainly made from Heat friendly fibre and Kanekalon Fiber. You could use curling iron or flat iron on Heat friendly fibre,however we highly suggest you to keep the temperature between 90-140°C.
Do NOT use heat to style Kanekalon synthetic fiber (curling irons, flat irons or blow dryers).
Can I dye or bleach my hair topper?
Yes, you can dye your human hair topper darker. However, we do not recommend bleaching or lightening human hair toppers, as this would severely damage the hair.
If you do choose to dye your hair topper darker, it is important to take extra care of the topper base, as dye stains will not be able to be removed. We recommend you use the help of a professional hairstylist to assist you in the dyeing process. it is worth noting that lighter colored toppers such as blondes take dye a lot better than darker shades.
Please note that synthetic hair toppers cannot be bleached or dyed.

How do I wash a human hair topper?
Before washing your human hair topper, it firstly needs to be detangled.
To detangle your human hair topper, lay the hair topper flat on a table. Then, begin to gently brush the hair starting at the ends, and moving up the hair in sections towards the base until the hair is completely untangled.
To wash your human hair topper:
1.Firstly, rinse the human hair topper in mildly warm water.
2.Next, put a small amount of mild shampoo into your hands and lather them up.
3.Then, evenly and gently massage the topper hair with your hands. Wash the topper by stroking through the hair in a downwards motion from the roots to the ends. Be careful to not twist or rub the hair as it cannot grow back.
4.Gently rinse through the topper in lukewarm water until the water runs clear.
5.Gently squeeze the excess water. Make sure to not wring the hair.
6.Apply a medium amount of conditioner to the middle and ends of the hair (avoiding the delicate roots and knots)
7.Leave the conditioner to sit for a few minutes, and then rinse in lukewarm water.
8.Gently squeeze the excess water off the topper, avoiding rubbing or wringing the hair. Lightly blot hair with a towel.
To blow dry your human hair topper:
1.If you would like to blow dry your hair topper, firstly secure your hair topper onto a wig stand.
2.Next, part the hair into the parting you would like.
3.Then, split the topper hair into sections.
4.Use a round brush to blow dry the hair in a downwards motion. Be sure to use a cool or low heat drying option when drying to minimize damage.
