Permatease, a permanent teasing done to a wig. It’s a fine layer of small, densely compacted, and kinky hair that is used. It’s normally around the crown area or where the hair part is located. The hair is crimped at the base to help add volume. It also lifts the hair away from the cap to hide the wefts from view.
