UniWigs offers free US shipping on orders over $129 and free worldwide shipping on orders over $200.

International Shipping Disclaimer

We offer free international shipping through USPS. However, we have had issues in the past with our customers not being able to track their package once it has left the US. Their items are always delivered, there is just a 2-3 week delay time where the package tracking isn’t updating. If you would rather skip that together we do offer shipping through FedEx Express at $80. We hope you understand that we cannot completely control shipments, but we do our best to keep all of our customers satisfied! Please reach out to [email protected] with any shipping questions. SHIPPING UPDATE FROM FEDEX- Due to COVID-19 we are experiencing record-breaking shipment volumes. Because more people shop online to avoid crowds in stores, those numbers have grown even more. This has created a heavy package volume, which may cause delays for international shipments. Thank you for your patience and understanding.   


We process orders per the production time noted in red font under the quantity box on the product page. Please pay attention to it while placing the order. The production time does not include transportation time, regardless of which shipping method is selected at checkout.

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, even if your shipping is upgraded to express. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships which can take up to 48 hours to update. If you do not see your shipping confirmation email in your inbox after 1 business day, please double-check your junk/spam or promotions folder.

Express shipping options and any other third-party fees are non-refundable. We cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the carrier.

Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.

About Shipping Rates and Surcharges

Your final shipping charges will vary depending on a number of factors: the service you choose; any special options you add, such as signature delivery; and the shipping address.

Please note that your shipment may incur fees in addition to its base rate if your shipping address is designated as REMOTE.

Within the US, shipments to certain ZIP codes in remote areas are delivered by USPS. Additional surcharges apply, and transit times are extended to these areas by 3–5 business days.

International shipments destined to and/or originating from remote and less-accessible locations listed in the International Out-of-Delivery-Area Surcharge and International Out-of-Pickup-Area Surcharge ZIP and postal code list are subject to additional fees.

Please note that our free shipping policy does not cover surcharges for remote rural areas. If your area is designated as a remote area, our customer service will contact you to pay the additional shipping charges. We appreciate your understanding.




If you're shipping to a country outside the U.S., your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are excluded from the $29.89 you paid and levied once your package reaches your country. UniWigs is NOT responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be charged by Customs for international deliveries.

Any refused international packages (including Canada) will incur a 30% restocking fee of the total order amount.

Please note that the shipping carrier may pay on your behalf for any duties and taxes, as soon they enter the country. This simple process ensures that the courier can deliver your package in the shortest possible transit time. On some occasions, you may receive an invoice from them after the delivery of goods, for the charges they have paid on your behalf at the destination, plus a small administration fee. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend contacting your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on importing hair products.


Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or any of the US Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands,s or APO, and FPO military addresses will be shipped via USPS Regular Service only. For military orders, delivery times can be upwards of 15-20 business days.


It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. If you want to change your shipping address, please write to us at [email protected] as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so.

If it's too late for our team to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you've received it. For more information on how to return your order click here. The only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a refund.

All international automatic returns will incur a 30% restocking fee for a monetary refund.

There will be a $17 shipping cost ($29.89 for international orders) for reshipment if the package is returned back to the sender.

Extra Shipping Charges: If you upgraded your shipping and the package was returned to us due to an incorrect address and if you would like a refund, you will not be reimbursed for the upgraded shipping fees.

All the orders and orders with high-value products are signature requested. If the signature request is waived or you have a signature exemption agreement with FedEx, DHL, or TNT, UniWigs will no longer be responsible for any lost or damaged package.


Route is a third-party application, that allows customers to buy shipping insurance for all orders. Route ensures the protection of customers’ shipments in case of lost or stolen.

In order to apply for Route's Shipping Insurance, you are given the option to add the insurance during checkout. If you apply for Route's Shipping Insurance, you will receive an email with instructions on how to file a claim if necessary.

Claims for orders lost in transit must be filed no later than 30 days from the last available tracking update.

Claims for stolen orders must be filed within 15 days from the date your package was marked delivered.
