How Do You Apply A Ponytail Extension?

If you have no idea how to wear a ponytail extension, you have come to the right place. Read on for our top tips and tricks.
STEP 1: PULL YOUR HAIR INTO A PONYTAIL OR BUN
Firstly, brush your own hair to remove any tangles. Now tie your hair up firmly into a neat high ponytail at the crown of your head. If you have short hair, you can tie your hair in a bun. Tie and secure your hair with two hair ties. Make sure it's tight instead of loose, otherwise your ponytail might fall out.
STEP 2: BRUSH YOUR PONYTAIL EXTENSION
Gently brush through your ponytail hair extension using the UniWigs Loop Brush to remove any tangles.
STEP 3: SECURE YOUR PONYTAIL EXTENSION
Now place the comb of the ponytail extension underneath your hair tie at the top of your ponytail base. Next, wrap the Velcro base around your own ponytail until it's tightly overlapped and secure.
STEP 4: COVER THE BASE OF YOUR PONYTAIL
Now, wrap the long strand of hair attached to the ponytail extension around the base of your ponytail, using the hair to cover any Velcro on show. Finish by securing with bobby pins.
STEP 5: SHAKE, STYLE, GO!
Brush your ponytail. Then. Go! Move your head around to ensure that your ponytail feels secure on your hair. Try it sleek and straight or teased and tousled, however you want to rock your UniWigs Ponytail. If your ponytail doesn't feel secure enough, take it off and reapply.
