Customer Service Representative

Position Overview

We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Irvine office. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with product questions, orders, returns, and general support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via email, live chat, and phone (and possibly in person on-site in the future).
  • Provide product information and support with empathy and professionalism.
  • Handle order inquiries, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth problem resolution.
  • Record customer feedback and help us improve our service quality.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Previous customer service or e-commerce experience preferred.
  • Friendly, patient, and detail-oriented personality.
  • Ability to multitask and work well in a team environment.
  • Basic computer and typing skills; experience using CRM tools or phone systems preferred.
