RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Customer satisfaction is at the top of our list here at UniWigs. To better our customer shopping experience, we have refined our return and exchange policies. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for up to 30 days after delivery if they are eligible products and remain in their original packaging.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For cancellations, you can cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped free of cost,custom order is excluded.

Once your order has been shipped and is on its way to you, it cannot be canceled. Please see our return policy on how to return your order.

RETURN PRODUCT ELIGIBILITY

We are happy to accept all eligible products for returns.

Altered packaging/product, worn, or damaged items are not eligible for return.

Eligible Products:

  1. Are in the same condition you received them (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, containing no signs of wear, styling products or odor)
  2. Have all tags on them and are in their original packaging
  3. Item(s) are returned within 30 days of the order delivery date

Ineligible Products

  1. The frontal lace was cut or damaged
  2. The item was worn or sprayed with hair styling products
  3. The item was damaged or the original status was changed
  4. Custom orders, Clearance items and Gift gallery items.

We can’t accept ineligible products and they will be returned to you at your cost.

REFUND POLICY FEES

Item $150 or Less: $10 restocking fee

Item Over $150: $15 restocking fee

Item Over $500: $30 restocking fee

Note: There are no fees to return your item in exchange for UniWigs store credits (store credit cannot be refunded to your credit or debit card).

Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment used to purchase the item(s), which you will receive within 5~7 business days after we receive your order.

Please note: If there is a delay in payment, check with your bank as they may take several days to process the credit back to your account.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We allow one free exchange on all eligible products within 30 days from the date the order is delivered. Please see our return policy above for eligible products criteria.

If you want to exchange the order a second time, there is a 5% restocking fee.

If the exchange item(s) costs more than your first order, we will contact you to obtain the payment difference for the additional amount. Any exchange balance will be refunded onto your original payment method.

You can cancel or change your order at any time before it has been shipped for free. Once it has been shipped and it is on its way to you it cannot be changed or canceled and will need to be returned.

1 Go to "My orders" and locate order
2 Click on "Return items"
3 Select item and refund & exchange
4 Select your return reason
5 Submit and make the RMA slip
6 Return the product to the return address
