Exchange Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to exchange it, uniwigs will gladly accept any eligible exchange (see below). Any balance remaining after your exchange will be refunded to the credit card submitted with your original order. Uniwigs will ship your exchange item(s) by free ground shipping method.
The original shipping fee will not be refunded. We are also not responsible for the return shipping cost of the merchandise.
Return Policy
We gladly accept returns on all eligible products (see below). Because we only sell new, quality products at Uniwigs, sold merchandise requires a restocking fee that is 15% of the original order price in order to return it to the manufacturer.The remaining balance will be refunded to the credit card submitted with your original order. (Sorry, we cannot refund original or return shipping charges)
Eligible Products: • In unworn, undamaged condition with tags attached and in original packaging. • Odor-Free (Any odors on the product will render the product ineligible for exchange) • Item(s) must be returned within 10 days of receiving your original order.
Ineligible Products: • Care products, accessories and tools, liquids, special order items and wholesale orders.
If your product is ineligible for exchange or return, we will return the item(s) to you at your cost. NOTE: A wig hygiene guard is provided with every wig for use when trying the wig on. This helps to maintain the product’s eligibility for exchange/return.
How to make exchanges or returns
Please send an email containing your order No., reason for exchange and new item(s) to exchange to support@uniwigs.com! Repackage your item(s) and mail it to the address below within 10 days of receiving your order.
